Adagio: Europe's no. 1 aparthotel brand signed its first Romanian address at Basarab

Adagio is Europe's number-one aparthotel brand — a joint venture between Accor and Pierre & Vacances, built for the fastest-growing segment in hospitality: extended stay. Its units pair hotel service with apartment living — full kitchenettes, work-friendly layouts and rates that make sense from one night to a full season.

The brand's first Romanian address was signed at NestPlus's Basarab site: 115 studios and apartments designed to Adagio's brand standards, sharing a building — and a market premiere announced by Accor — with an 85-room Tribe hotel.

The design work took the units through Accor's Adagio design books, from layouts to the last finish — engineering the group later redirected into the site's residential chapter, but which proved the product met Europe's leading extended-stay standard.
