Privacy policy

NestPlus (Bucharest, Romania) operates this website and the NestPlus app — a workspace for our team, tenants, investors and partners. Contact: info@nestplus.ro.

Public website: anonymous usage statistics only — page views, an anonymous browser identifier and clicked links. No advertising trackers, no cookies for visitors, no IP addresses stored.

Signed-in accounts (app & client area): name, e-mail address, profile photo (optional), the content you create (tasks, comments, documents, messages), and a device token if you enable push notifications. If you connect Google Calendar we access your calendar events solely to show and manage them for you; we do not share or sell this data. Google data use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.

To provide the service: task management, agenda, notifications, document collaboration. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising. E-mails are sent only for account access codes, reminders and activity you are involved in.

Data is hosted on Vercel (EU/US, GDPR-compliant processors) and Google Workspace. Documents you upload are visible only to the people the workspace rules allow (e.g. a tenant sees only their own area). We share data with no third parties beyond these processors, unless required by law.

Under GDPR you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time — write to info@nestplus.ro. Account deletion removes your profile and personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

Optional, controlled from Account → Notifications or your device settings. Disabling them does not affect the rest of the app.
