NestPlus AG bids for the Beiuș thermal aquapark — a ~€27M design & build tender, in JV with Concelex

The Municipality of Beiuș has tendered the design and execution of its Aquapark Leisure Complex — estimated at 133.5 million lei (~€27M) and described in the press as one of the largest aquaparks put out to tender in Romania. The project is co-financed with over 52 million lei of non-reimbursable EU funds through the North-West Regional Programme.
On a ~49,000 m² site, the complex comprises four buildings (up to S+GF+2), eight outdoor pools fed by Beiuș's thermal water, waterslide towers, an outdoor area sized for 600 loungers and 200 parking places — a regional leisure anchor for southern Bihor.
NestPlus AG is bidding the design & build contract in a joint venture with Concelex. Together with Grădina Termală Ioșia in Oradea, it is the second major thermal-leisure tender the consortium is pursuing in Bihor county — a deliberate specialisation in complex public aquatic works.
