NestPlus AG bids for Grădina Termală Ioșia in Oradea — a ~€29M design & build tender, in JV with Concelex

Oradea City Hall has tendered the design and execution of Grădina Termală Ioșia — the transformation of two-thirds of the city's historic Ioșia lido (32,400 m² of the 45,000 m² site) into a modern thermal garden. The works contract is estimated at 147.4 million lei (~€29M), within a total investment of over €42M, co-financed with European funds.

The scheme includes an 8,850 m² spa building with indoor pools, relaxation areas and fitness, five outdoor pools — among them a swimming pool and one with a swim-up bar — plus a social zone and a pontoon on the Crișul Repede. It is designed to be a leisure destination unique in the region, in a city that has made thermal water its calling card.

NestPlus AG is bidding the design & build contract in a joint venture with Concelex — the specialised pool, spa and water-treatment engineering these schemes demand is exactly the complex public work AG's consortium model was built for.
