Sinsay and Fressnapf sign at Vitan Plaza, completing the ground-floor line-up

Vitan Plaza has secured Sinsay (550 m²) and Fressnapf (~500 m²) for its ground floor, alongside the previously committed PEPCO (~480 m²), TEDi (~860 m²) and Dr. Max — bringing the gallery's street level to a fully signed, convenience-led line-up.
Sinsay, the value-fashion banner of Polish group LPP, is one of the fastest-expanding retail brands in Europe; Fressnapf is Europe's number-one pet-care retailer, in accelerated roll-out across Romania. Both signed long-term leases — a strong covenant profile for the scheme and a clear vote of confidence in the catchment.
Together with the neighbouring Kaufland and Lidl stores, the mix covers the full weekly routine — value fashion, household, pet care and pharmacy — in one of Bucharest's most densely populated residential districts. Vitan Plaza is developed in joint venture between NestPlus Plaza and h4l (home 4 life).
