Brăila Plaza
NestPlus AG is the general contractor for Brăila Plaza, the group's ~16,900 m² retail park and commercial gallery. The build is on site and in active construction, with Kaufland and Lidl already owning their own units and operational. Delivering in-group gives the group end-to-end control over quality, cost and schedule. It is a live example of AG building what NestPlus develops.

NestPlus Plaza has signed a €10 million investment loan with Exim Banca Românească for the construction of Brăila Plaza — a €17 million investment and the largest street mall in Brăila, scheduled for handover to tenants in 2026.

Lidl opens at Brăila Plaza — one of its first two openings of 2026
Lidl inaugurated its new store on Strada Industriei 17M on 5 February — over 1,400 m² of sales area and 164 parking places, replacing its former Calea Galați unit with a modern, energy-efficient store at the heart of the scheme.

Kaufland opens its third Brăila store, at Brăila Plaza
Kaufland opened on Strada Industriei 17P on 28 November — a store of over 5,700 m² with almost 2,900 m² of sales area, creating ~80 jobs and anchoring the scheme from day one.
